INFORMATION CLAUSE

In relation to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, (GDPR) we kindly inform you:

1. The Data Controller/processor of your personal data is Creditreform Polska Sp. z o.o. with the registered office of the Data controller at: ul. Kossaka 17 01-576, Warsaw;

2. We process the following data: names and surnames, places of running the business operations and other contact details, data regarding economic events, professional career. We do not process sensitive personal information or minors personal information.

3. data shall be processed:

• for the purpose of performance of projects connected with surveying the payment credibility, payment monitoring, business analyses of economic entities

• for the purpose of collecting and managing receivables

4. This basis for processing is:

1. voluntary consent expressed through contact with us - according to Article 6. Section 1 letter a) GDPR or

2. agreement between the data controller and natural person whose data are processed - according to Article 6. Section 1 letter b) GDPR or

3. legitimate interests pursued by Creditreform or by a third party - according to Article 6. Section 1 letter f) GDPR – on this basis we process information made available in public registers such as National Court Register, Central Registration and Information on Business, court files, National Official Business Register and other publicly available information made openly available such as proprietary webpages, social networks, ad and marketing materials.

5. Your personal data shall be stored maximally for the term necessary for the performance of legitimate interests of the company or protection of your personal data.

6. You have the right to access the contents of your personal data and you have the right to rectify them, erase them, restrict their processing, right to data portability and the right to withdraw the consent.

7. In the event of infringement of the provision of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority;

8. We do not make decisions based exclusively on automated profiling of personal data;

9. We secure the possessed personal data against unauthorised access of third parties. Exclusively authorised persons have access to applications with personal data and only in the necessary scope and the access to systems is implemented through a unique identifier and secured with access password.
