Quality Standards

In order to increase the level of customer service and the quality products and services, Creditreform Polska has developed and implemented the Quality Standards.

They cover the activity of the company in the following scope:
  • Customer Service
  • service related to receivable management
  • development of products related to payment credibility evaluation
  • preparation of portfolio and industry analyses as well as marketing databases (database products)
Implementation of quality standards facilitates the management of the company, increases its efficiency and transparency and mobilizes for continuous improvement.

Above all however, the Quality Standards guarantee optimal service for every Customer and high quality of our products and services.
